State-of-the-art laboratories provide hands-on exposure in Manufacturing Technology, Thermal Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Dynamics, CAD/CAM, CNC Programming, Metrology, Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automobile Engineering. Laboratory learning strengthens design capability, experimentation, precision, and innovation.
Faculty and students actively engage in research related to advanced manufacturing, renewable energy, computational mechanics, robotics, materials engineering, thermal systems, additive manufacturing, automation, sustainable technologies and 3D printing. The department encourages publications, patents, funded projects, consultancy, and prototype development.
